Business Analyst

Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst in Coral Gables, FL. The role involves documenting system requirements for projects and production support, collaborating with process owners and SMEs to design solutions, negotiating alternatives, and managing scope. Key tasks include writing and executing test plans, assisting IT with troubleshooting, supporting solution implementation, monitoring production, and providing ongoing system support. The analyst will also mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Document the systems requirements for both projects and production support in a matter that is clear to both the Process Owners and IT functional and technical resources
• Work in conjunction with the Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure the designed solution meets the need and provides the expected quality and helps achieve the desired benefits
• Negotiate alternatives when presented with systems limitations and to avoid scope creep
• Write test plans and lead the testing effort, and execute test cases
• Assist IT resources with the troubleshooting of issues and possible missing requirements
• Support the implementation of the solution and monitor its execution in the Production environment before full hand-off to the Process Owners
• On-going support and troubleshooting of unexpected system issues
• Mentoring of junior analysts on the team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
